Customers have 30 days from the day received their item to request a replacement, refund or return.
1. Replacement order
Customer will receive replacement items if:
- The product itself is flawed;
- The quality of the printing is poor;
- Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website;
- The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.
To request a replacement order, please give us the order number and email address you used to place the order and a picture of wrong/ damaged itemOnce your information is confirmed, we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
We accept return items which meet all of following conditions:
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
Please do exactly following instructions to return items:
- Please give us the order number and email address you used to place the order by sending an email to support@TeeEver.com
- Ship the package to address that we require and give us the tracking number from post office or couriers
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an notification email . Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund: After 5 business days, If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@TeeEver.com.
A: We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order size. In this case, shipping and handling fee is $10 for t-shirt item and $15 for the other items.
