Q:How long is it going to take?
A:Since we print shirts to order, and want to ensure that you receive the best quality possible, printing times can vary based on the current order volume. At this time most orders are shipping out between 3-7 business days from the date of the order. Your items will need 1-3 business days(*) for printing and fulfillment, then it will be shipped out.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain either tracking information or a U.S. Customs number. UPS/USPS domestic usually takes 3-7 business days. UPS International can take 2-6 weeks.
(*) Sometimes in Holidays we might need some 1-5 extra days.
Q:Do you ship to... And how much will it cost?
A:We ship to most countries throughout the world. The price is calculated based on your exact location and the weight of the package. We use the UPS Mail Innovations to ship all orders and tracking will be available through them UPS.com. This tracking, however, only follows the package within the United States. After it departs the US Processing Center it becomes the property of that country’s postal system and they may be able to help you further. Currently we ship internationally with a flat rate. We use flat rate of $4.99. The the item and you will be you get free shipping for any order over $75(*). Shipping times for international orders vary greatly, but we would recommend that you allow at least 2-4 weeks from the time it leaves the US for you to receive it. Many countries can be as quick as 7-10 days, although others may take as long as 6 weeks. For international deliveries as well, please note that any applicable import taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the original shipping cost.
Q:How long does printing usually take?
A:Since we print to order, printing times can vary. Currently we are printing mostly 1-3 business days of the time the order is placed. Thank you for your patience as we work to catch up. In any event, we will do our best to be as quick and efficient as possible in getting your shirt out to you.
Q:Having problems with Tracking?
A:Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.
Q: Can I change the size/color of item?
A: Yes/No: If you contact us as soon as possible we might change it for you. We usually print and fulfill between 1-2 days. So you're better to contact us quickly before the shirt has been printed out.
If your shirt has been printed out or shipped, you could not change it. Sorry about that inconvenience. Remember that we are printing on demand Shirts.
Q:How do I return or exchange my shirt?
A:Returns and exchanges are easy. You may return your shirt within 30 days of the order date or exchanges are taken at any time. For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them.
TeeEver accepts returns and will issue a refund within 30 days of the end of the campaign if customers are disappointed with their order for any of the following reasons:
- The product itself is flawed;
- The quality of the printing is poor;
- or if the final product is materially different than the design presented in the campaign.

If the reasons for returning are not the reasons above and you still want to return your item and get refund, please consider that we will charge you 30%-60% of product price for restocking the item (depends on type of product)
Q:You made a mistake on my order.
A:If it has to do with specific colors of ink or the shirt, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Otherwise, our bad. It doesn't happen often, but nobody's perfect. If your receive the wrong item or if there is a defect in any way, please email support@TeeEver.com , and we'll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) shame the offending department. There is no need to send it back to us, please keep it and make whatever use you can out of it, even if it is just as a donation to your local clothing charity.
