Refund Policy

Customers have 14 days from the day received items to request a refund 

We Only accept return items which meet all of following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your item(s)
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
We do not accept returning items with reason of changing color or you don't like the color of the item(s).

    Please do exactly following instructions to return items:

    1. Return contact info: Please give us the order number and email address you used to place the order by sending an email to
    2. Ship the package to the address we provided and give us the tracking number from post office or couriers.
    3. Production condition: The Item should be new in box in order to return.
    4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email to let you know that your order will be approved or rejected refund  in your case. Then your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
    5. Shipping cost is not refundable in any case and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
    6. Method of refund: the same form of payment that customer used to place order (Credit card or Paypal)

    All returns Only get partial refund because we will charge $11.99 (with T-shirt) or $15.99 (with Hoodie) for restocking and handing fee. All the returned products are not resold to any other customers. They will be donated to charity.

      After 5 business days, If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or Paypal account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
